NetSuite is releasing their newest update called NetSuite 2023.2 for the beginning of Autumn. Much like the 2023.1 update, this version is full of new ways to improve business processes and enhance user experience and adoption. Striving for Warehouse and Manufacturing Efficiency:

NetSuite understands the strain on supply and its effect on fulfilling customer demand. With the 2023.2 release, NetSuite is making warehouse and manufacturing management more accessible. The updated mobile application offerings improve warehouse speed and accuracy with Smart Count barcode scanning.

The NetSuite 2023.2 release has provided Supply Chain Management (SCM) app users with significant updates to user experience, including smoother navigation and simplified roll changes. This update also streamlines the NetSuite Warehouse Management App, allowing supervisors to efficiently reassign employees and create custom picking orders.

To help users save on shipping, NetSuite is making it possible to use NetSuite Ship Central to shop for the best rates, create return labels, and more. User experience for shipping is also improving, allowing for user preferences, workflows, and further automation for customers using Shopify and Amazon. The NetSuite Connector is enabling users to eliminate manual reconciliation for these platforms and sync shipping services purchased from Amazon to NetSuite, simplifying order fulfillment and reducing costs.

Improving Your Employee Experience and Confidence:

Navigating all capabilities of NetSuite can slow down processes and cause interruptions. NetSuite 2023.2 aims to eliminate this with the introduction of NetSuite Guided Learning. This experience offers users visual walkthroughs, step-by-step guidance, progress tracking, and self-managed learning tailored to their roles.

Operational and Financial Focus:

Improving efficiency and reducing business spending while increasing productivity is a common goal for many organizations. NetSuite 2023.2 provides tools to achieve this goal, including increased automation, reducing tedious tasks, and simplifying the bill-paying process.

NetSuite's automation in the Account Reconciliation tool automates the reconciliation process for the general ledger, intercompany transactions, accounts receivable, and more. Machine learning and NetSuite’s auto-match engine allow users to match millions of transactions in minutes, enabling accounting teams to focus on exceptions and strategic tasks.

NetSuite is also updating the Bill Capture, Vendor Invoice Distribution SuiteApp, and AP Automation, which will reduce the workload for accounts payable teams. The Vendor Invoice Distribution SuiteApp allows cost sharing and automatically creates the needed entries upon completion.
